About Mark

Mark Wingert is a native Texan, born in El Paso and shaped by a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and community. After graduating from Stockton High School in Missouri, he attended Missouri State University, focusing on Marketing Management before stepping into executive roles within his family’s chain of auto parts stores. Mark later held management positions with AutoZone, Checker Auto, Dillard’s, and Walgreens, building a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and team leadership.

With more than 23 years in real estate, Mark has become known for his steady guidance and client‑first approach. He was a Top Producer with Coldwell Banker Legacy in Albuquerque, earning recognition for excellence and trusted service. Today, he serves North Texas, including Fort Worth, Southlake, and North Richland Hills.

Mark specializes in helping clients who need more than a standard transaction, including:

·         Families closing a loved one’s estate, providing compassionate, start‑to‑finish support

A Second Degree Black Belt, Mark brings discipline, focus, and perseverance to every aspect of his work. He has served in ministry at Calvary Chapel and now at Compass Church in North Fort Worth. During his years in New Mexico, he also served as a docent at El Rancho de las Golondrinas, a living history museum near Santa Fe—reflecting his deep love for history and culture.

Mark is married, with one son, and enjoys martial arts, physical fitness, traveling, fishing, antiques, and historical study. His passion for antiques led to the creation of Back Again Mercantile, where he curates unique pieces that reflect craftsmanship, character, and story.
