With more than twenty years of experience in real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area Katherine Tompkins is truly an expert, specializing in sales, marketing, contract negotiations, and buyer and/or seller representation. Her “previous life” in corporate IT sales gives her a strategic edge in building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results for her clients, who quickly become friends. A proud Texan by choice, Katherine prides herself on staying ahead of market trends and technology to ensure her clients receive unmatched service. Outside of real estate, she’s a dedicated mother and fitness enthusiast who balances family life with her passion for helping others find their perfect home.

 P.J. Evans has more than 10 years of real estate experience, offering personalized marketing strategies and expert negotiation skills. His deep understanding of the emotional and financial aspects of selling a home ensures that clients experience a smooth, stress-free real estate journey while maximizing their home’s value. Originally from New Jersey, P.J. started calling Dallas “home” over 20 years ago. Prior to joining Katherine in real estate, he honed his skills on the corporate side of the hospitality industry, primarily as VP of franchise development for nationally recognized brands.  This experience gives him (and you!) a fresh and unique understanding of the negotiation and relationship-building processes that are key to real estate transactions. P.J. is passionate about making real estate both personal and rewarding for his clients.  Outside of work, he’s a proud dad to his son Connor, who is a recent Texas Tech graduate.  P.J. tries to keep up with Katherine on their health and fitness journey.
